Mission
LifeReady Facilitated Care was founded to serve seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide a multitude of community care services to support those unable to support themselves and those in need of extra support. LifeReady-FC overarching goal is to facilitate a network of support to help individuals overcome life obstacles through services ranging from personal care assistance to community activities and engagement. We believe in our mission: facilitating growth and opportunity to help people live in their own homes, control their own lives, and be members of our communities.
